Resolution Services, a branch of Resolution and Court Administration Services is transforming how its services are delivered to Albertans. A citizen-centric approach is the foundation for our transformational vision to make services more accessible and user friendly.
The following services will now be accessible in one location at the Brownlee Building in what will be known as a Resolution Support Centre. Family Court Counsellor and Mediation Services (already located in Brownlee).
- Provincial Court Civil Mediation Services
- Child Support Resolution Program Services
- Court Forms and Orders Services (formerly known as the Family Law Information Centre – FLIC and the Law Information Centre – LInC)
- Child Support Resolution Program
Consolidating services will ensure that Albertans have access to a comprehensive suite of resolution services in one location.
A phased approach will be used to re-locate services from Edmonton Law Courts to the Brownlee Building:
- Phase 1 – Provincial Court Civil Mediation Services will commence service delivery in Brownlee on December 7, 2015
- Phase 2 – The following services will be delivered in Brownlee on February 1, 2016:
- Court Forms and Orders Services
- Child Support Resolution Program
