Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC) is currently hiring for two full-time positions in its Toronto Office: Program Manager (Bilingual) and Program Administrative Assistant (Bilingual). PBSC is a law student program that provides legal services without charge to organizations and individuals in need. PBSC’s National Office is housed at the University of Toronto, with chapters at 21 law schools in Canada. Each year, PBSC places over 1600 law students with more than 400 organizations, courts and tribunals from coast to coast. PBSC volunteers increase access to justice by providing high quality, professional legal assistance to vulnerable individuals. By exposing students to the value of pro bono, PBSC encourages the next generation of lawyers to make pro bono an everyday part of their practice. PBSC is housed within the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto.

The Centre for Public Legal Education Alberta (CPLEA) is looking for two progressive individuals committed to advancing access to justice to join the CPLEA multi-disciplinary team. CPLEA is currently seeking a full-time Public Legal Education Lawyer and a full-time Community Development and Education Specialist. The deadline for applications is July 29, 2015.
