PBLA is now hiring a Document Assistance Support Service (“DASS”) Project Coordinator to assist in our Calgary office. This position has part-time, fixed-term hours.
The DASS Project Coordinator will work closely with and report to the Executive Director. They will also oversee the conduct of a needs assessment and environmental scan to gauge the nature, scope and extent of document assistance support required by self-represented litigants with civil (non-family) matters in Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench in Alberta.
The DASS Project Coordinator will be responsible for engaging relevant stakeholders in the justice system in the needs assessment process and will possess significant experience and/or strong interest in access to justice and survey coordination/management.
